 KonSEI Company, founded in 1945, KonSEI has developed its machining technology from traditional cutting techniques to cold forging with high yield and productivity, and achieved excellent quality and cost through the total production from material to finished product. The fact that more than 80 percent of manufacturing equipment is made in-house also helps drive up costs and speed up product launches. KonSEI achieves complete waste elimination and integrated quality control by fully managing multiple processes such as cold forging, cutting, electroplating and inspection. We will continue to face the challenges of continuous technology and expand the range of integrated production. KONSEI's goal is to continuously pursue cost reduction. We are reviewing construction methods from traditional cutting centers to cold forging centers, with the aim of establishing a construction method that can be processed into the final shape with fewer materials and processes. KonSEI also has a wide range of dedicated machines that automate various production processes. We recommend and build equipment to suit every situation. We are also integrating advanced robotic systems into the factory. KonSEI is also deploying technology in Japan in Thailand to reduce labor and other costs.
