 NORD was founded in April 1965, the production products include reducer, motor, industrial gear box, frequency converter, motor starter and distributed frequency converter drive control system, basic industry customers across all walks of life, such as steel, logistics, environmental protection, stage and so on. Nordisk has been growing steadily for 50 years, with sales of 500 million euros in 2014 and 36 subsidiaries in various regions. With the development of the Chinese market, Nordisk registered a subsidiary in China in 2004, and officially started production in 2005. Over the past 10 years, Nordisk has established Phase I, Phase II and Phase III plants in Suzhou, and established Tianjin plant in 2011, with a total area of 77,887 square meters. The Phase II and Phase II plants in Suzhou are mainly used for reducer and machining, the Phase III plant is used for motor production, and the Tianjin plant is mainly used for assembly and service in northern China. At present, Nordisk China's reducer production capacity reaches 150,000 units, motor 500,000 units, exported to various places. China has thus become Nordisk's supply chain base in the Far East, outside Italy and Germany.
