 American DEUBLIN Dubolin 1/8 "to 1/2" and 3/4 "to 11/2" aerodynamic hydraulic couplings are self-supporting rotary couplings with single-flow design and radial shell connections. It has an aluminum casing designed for good weight and a rotor made of stainless steel or steel. Its balanced mechanical seal comes in two combinations: a mixture of carbon graphite and hardened tool steel, and a mixture of carbon graphite and silicon carbide. The bearings of this low-torque rotary live joint are permanently lubricated, but there is also felt oil in the sealed chamber and 3 to 5 drops of oil are required per month for lubrication. On the other hand, the Deu-Plex hydraulic joint features a dual flow design and a flanged rotor. Its balanced mechanical seal is either a combination of carbon graphite and ceramic or a standard combination of tungsten carbide and ceramic.
