The eccentric rotary plug design provides excellent throttle control accuracy, low dynamic forces, and tight closure. Straight through flow pattern leads to high flow rate.

PFA linings with small wall thickness are resistant to most corrosive fluids.
Reduce unorganized emissions:
The rotary design essentially reduces packing wear compared to a typical linear valve. In addition, the standard design includes PTFE/ graphite coil root, V-ring supported by double O-ring follower to provide stepwise reliability in corrosive applications.

The compact size and lightweight design allow for easy installation and removal without compromising pipe force.
Reliability:
Dovetail grooves provide mechanical anchorage between the metal body and the PFA lining to ensure high performance in vacuum and high temperatures. Powerful, field-proven rolling diaphragm actuators provide product fail-safe operation. The actuator linkage is fully enclosed with a combination handwheel and an adjustable limit stop with a locking mechanism. All actuators are provided with a complete range of options and accessories.
