KRACHT Oil Pump KF 0 series

 KRACHT KF 0 -- Pumps for process engineering. In many technical processes, the filling of liquids is the focus of the task. PUR components, softeners, resins, varnishes, paints are only important liquids with a wide range of applications. The accuracy, uniformity and repeatability with which these products can be processed are also critical to the quality of the finished product. Gear pumps of size KF 0 are particularly suitable for these applications. KF 0 is an external gear pump with a flow rate of 0.5 cm3 / r to 4 cm3 / r. A total of 8 nominal sizes make setting the desired metering ratio easier. Fine gears with a large number of teeth ensure a low pulsating flow rate. Even in standard designs, all gear parts and bearing bushings can be protected by special coatings to prevent wear and corrosion, allowing even the delivery of filling media up to a specific size and hardness of the filling material. Because of clearance size determination and precise production, KF 0 has high volumetric efficiency over a wide range of pressures. Various types of seals can be selected depending on the task, such as rotary shaft seals and double rotary shaft seals, so that the latter can be hardened (quenched chamber) operation to prevent hardening or crystallization of the pumping medium. Combined with flowmeters and electronics, KF 0 can be extended to high-precision metering units.
