Detail
The KRACHT functional measuring gear is driven by a liquid flow on the principle of a gear motor. • Gear runs without contact in the measuring room. Bearing element low friction ball or plain bearing. • The gears move through both located covers. There is a pressure-resistant non-magnetic partition between the sensor room and the measuring room. • When the measuring mechanism rotates by a tooth pitch, the sensor sends out a signal corresponding to the geometric tooth volume Vgz. • The signal is converted to a square-wave signal by a preamplifier. • Two-channel sampling enables better resolution and direction identification of traffic. • Optimized for individual applications, as the series has been rendered for media -- identified by different clearance, different bearing models and materials. • Wide range, calibration to meet specific requirements. • Measure independently of viscosity within specified limits. • Low pressure drop • High response measurement • High operating pressure • Low noise emissions • High precision measurement with excellent reproducibility • temperature-independent output signal over a wide temperature range • High accuracy, Range of high operational reliability of electronics even when measured at low bottom flow rates • Easy to use preamplifier terminals • electronic working instructions • Sensor systems and preamplifiers that comply with EMC compatible designs • explosion-proof models for all volume counters
