The construction (design principle) and materials of KRACHT KM 2 series external meshing gear motors make them ideal for use in terminal operating conditions. The main components form the housing and flange cover (see section view). They can be dynamically subjected to high loads, thus rendering them insensitive to pressure spikes and continuous vibrations. The large surface size of the steel back in the bearing seat, the bronze plain bearing coated with PTFE-Pb and the micro-grinding bearing journal of the flange cover support gear, the journal includes the drive shaft pinion and the driven shaft pinion. The tooth surfaces of the gears, which are made of surface hardened steel, are ground for optimal operating performance. The large number of teeth (z = 14) combined with the profile developed for the specific requirements of the hydraulic system and the excellent placement of the expansion slots in the reservoir area achieve a significant reduction in volume flow variation and hence pressure pulsation. This will lead to the motor and even the whole system and machine in the noise level value is greatly reduced. The essential drive axial tolerance compensation function is
