The XDD1 Diaphragm pump is a compact and efficient pump designed to support small composite turbomolecular pumps in clean, high-vacuum applications. It is also designed as a freestanding benchtop unit. When using XDD1 to support 70 ls-1 turbomolecular pumps, typical limiting pressures better than 5 x 10-8 mbar can be obtained.
