FAUDI screw press FSP series

 In the metalworking industry, grinding sludge or other types of sludge associated with the process can accumulate and must be disposed of at high cost. The high proportion of liquid in grinding/sludge is problematic and therefore partly responsible for the high disposal costs. Additional costs come from the purchase of new liquids that have been disposed of. Using the FAUDI screw press, these costs can be significantly reduced. This is done by compacting the sludge in a screw press. The volume to be treated is reduced, while much of the liquid can be recovered and immediately returned to production. FAUDI screw presses are an ecological and economical solution that significantly reduces production residues. They can best be used as an economical stand-alone solution or as liters of all commercial filtration systems from other manufacturers. This can be designed as a frame system or a neck system. They can also only be used in conjunction with a block press as an additional module to increase production.
