FAUDI Magnetic bar separator MSA 2000 -- MSA 6500 series

 Automatic magnetic bar separator is used to separate ferrite impurities and debris from liquids. Typical applications are cold rolling, working steel and cast iron, and cleaning sintered water. In filtration systems where filtrate quality is highly required, our automatic magnetic bar separator is used as the pre-cleaning stage. This eases the burden on downstream ultrafine filters, increases their service life and reduces the consumption of filter AIDS. If the filter quality requirements are not high, the FAUDI magnetic bar separator can be used without additional filtration technology. They can be used for both mainstream and side streams. In designing the magnetic bar separator, FAUDI paid special attention to a good ratio between the diameter and the distance between the magnetic bars. Thus, the potential use of magnetic fields is realized. In principle, this creates a "closed" magnetic field, a "chain curtain." The FAUDI separator has fewer magnetic strips than its competitors. Extensive laboratory testing has shown that the FAUDI bars are more powerful and efficient, and the design of magnetic bar separators with fewer bars makes more economic sense. Thus, the FAUDI stripe separator is characterized by its independent capability with high flow rates of 2000 to 6500 l/min.
