Variable and fixed low voltage switch
The variable pressure switch PS 115 and the fixed low pressure switch PS 113 A indicate whether the pressure has reached the atmospheric pressure level after venting.
In PS 113 A, the diaphragm pressure switch is set to a trigger below atmospheric pressure of 6 mbar (4 Torr). PS 113 A uses an EPDM diaphragm and is therefore not suitable for applications where the process gas contains a large amount of helium.
PS 115 features FPM seal and stainless steel construction, making it more suitable for corrosive environments. It can be adjusted between 0.5 and 2000 mbar (0.4 and 1500 Torr).
With a differential pressure adapter (optional), PS 115 can be converted to a differential pressure switch instead of a sensor.
The adapter consists of a threaded DN 16 ISO-KF flange and a seal that is screwed into PS 115 instead of a regulator. The working range is extended to 2000 mbar (1500 Torr). Allow brief overloads up to 3000 mbar (2250 Torr) without affecting switching accuracy. Within this operating range, the difference of +5 to -20 mbar (+3.75 to -15 Torr) can be adjusted by setting screws.
