Adex valves are well suited for panel mounting as this valve has the option of a wiring chuck. Low power solenoid coils with LED lights and surge suppression are standard for Adex valves and can be mounted separately for point-to-point applications or mounted on aluminum bar bushplates for centralized applications. IEM or baseboard busbar rods can be integrated with 25-pin D-Sub connectors to reduce wiring costs for multiple electromagnetic coils. Two-way wear compensation spool performs well in temperature ranges from 32F to 122F and pressure ranges from vacuum to 100PSG. In use, the radial expansion of the spool seal makes the seal contact with the valve body. This sealed method reduces friction and the valve requires only a lower starting pressure. When the seal is worn, the seal surface remains in contact with the body. This reduces valve leakage during high cycle service and extends valve life.
