camozzi Pneumatic Cylinder Series 40

 Cylinder Series 40 is a high performance dual-acting cylinder with a drawbar that operates at 1-10bar, speeds of 10-500mm/sec without load, and temperatures of 0°C and 80°C (-20°C for dry air). The cylinder features either rolled stainless steel AISI 420B (Ø160-200mm) or chrome-plated steel models (Ø250-320mm) piston rods, both of which are durable and long-lasting. The end block and piston are made of aluminum, and the tube is treated with positive oxidation for strength. The unit is equipped with galvanized steel tie rod, tie rod nut and piston rod nut. Suitable installation includes front flange, rear flange, center trunnion, front and rear trunnion and rotation combination, travel range is 10-2m500mm. The cylinder is designed to filter air with unlubricated fluids, but if lubricated air is used, the user should ensure that ISOVG32 oil is also used and that the application is not interrupted.
