It is an extension of the TACHPAK and TACHTROL tachometer product lines. While the device does not have an inherent tachometer capability, it serves as a remote display for the TACHPAK 30 and TACHTROL 30. TACHTROL PLUS also serves as a gateway for TACHPAK and TACHTROL instruments for security, remote programming, and alarm reset. Using it as a hub, up to seven additional displays can be multiplexed from 125 feet away via a tachometer. The front panel operates and displays the same as TACTROL 30.
