Peledo plastic shell slide wire has a variety of different structures and models. Our new multi-slip line KBH, which is designed to protect against unexpected impact hazards, and our classic products KSL and MKL form the slip line group with a plastic case. They are mainly used in crane applications. The flat structure of VKS, VKL and VKS10 in PVC multi-slip system makes them suitable for automatic storage system.
Multi-slip cable KSL has been used successfully for many years and has been refined to fully suit the requirements of new technology. Its grey PVC border housing can be loaded with different section shapes of copper wire, the allowable current value of 40 to 200 A. The current collector operating in a spherical bearing is guided by the housing. It is mainly transmitted by a carbon brush with a spring.
Outdoor KBSL/KSL has a compact edge housing with 4-5 pure copper conductors that can accommodate copper conductors up to 100 amps. In addition, copper pin connectors are used in KBSL, where KSL guarantees a 100% electrical connection between two adjacent slides. KBSL has no reinforced clamp.
Compact design, corrosion resistance, and ease of installation are all notable features of the multi-slip wire. Suitable for mobile power supply of bridge cranes, automatic monorail trolley conveyer systems, lifts, power tools, and many other applications used to power mobile loading instruments.
