Winding motor series
The stator of the AM3000 series servo motor is not wound around the outside of the frame, but embedded inside by a table crochet winding machine. With conventional techniques, the windings would be pushed into the grooved laminate core, and the grooved filling rate (which determines high torque) achieved in this way is only about 40%. In addition, the edge layer is also significantly thicker to protect the wire from mechanical stress and damage.
With winding, the copper wire can be in close contact with the iron core. The wire edge layer can be made thinner so that it is unnecessary to press into the winding end. These measures can significantly increase the effective slot filling rate, resulting in a performance improvement of approximately 25 -- 35 percent for the AM3000 series servo motor, and the dimensions are shorter in length than conventional models.
Seal winding
The AM3000 servo motor has low inertia, strong construction and strong overload protection. Since the thermal resistance of air is higher than that of epoxy resin, the windings are sealed with epoxy resin to isolate the air between the wires. This method can effectively improve the mechanical elasticity of the motor, such as vibration resistance.
Integral motor housing
The servo motor expels most of the heat through the mounting flange, so the heat transfer resistance must be reduced to a minimum. Because the change of materials will increase the thermal resistance and bring adverse effects on the stability of the motor, for this reason, the shell of the AM3000 motor series adopts advanced integral manufacturing technology.
The AM3000 synchronous servo motor is available in 7 different flange specifications. For each specification, denier flange size has been determined, you can determine the length range. The torque of the motor is between 0.18 Nm and 53 Nm, and the rated speed range is wide, so the appropriate motor size can be selected for any application and reduction ratio.
