Here's how it works
The hose attached to the housing is clamped by a roller located on the rotor. The rotating movement of the rotor makes the clamping point move to the desired conveying direction, conveying medium. The roller squeezes the medium through the hose in the pump head, causing the hose to unload again. The rearranged hose creates low pressure, drawing fresh media into the hose.
By increasing the rotor speed, the throughput can be increased in a straight line.
Scope of application
Sewage purification: Measure high viscosity medium/polymer solution
Drinking water treatment: Measure disinfectants
Food industry: shear sensitive media, aromatics, additives
Paper industry: Measurement of additives
Cooling cycle: Metering of anti-corrosive and anti-microbial agents
Plastics production: Measurement of additives
Under normal circumstances: the power does not exceed 410 l/h chemical measurement
