WARNER ELECTRIC Clutch PCC series

 Warner Electric offers a special low coefficient (LK) friction material for many standard clutches and brakes. Since two friction materials are available, the LK comparison to the standard is ordered. Due to the lower friction of the LK coefficient, reduced torque capacity results. Using the LK surface, the static torque capacity is only about 60% of the catalog score for a given size. So if a specific size clutch or brake capacity and LK finishes are replaced according to its torque rating, a larger size unit will be required to provide the same torque.
