WANDFLUH Lifting valve SDYPM22-AB_K series

 Wandfluh extends the solenoid operation lifting spool to make it a tool suitable for highly corrosive and explosive hazardous environments. The valve is made of stainless steel material and is coated with high quality surface protection. It can switch volumes up to 40 l/min at pressures up to 350 bar. In the closed position, the metal seat closes the valve with little leakage. Universal valves are explosion-proof certified solenoid valves with all important certifications. Integrated manual override function allows operation without solenoid current. Body made of stainless steel (AISI 316). The K9 valve comes with a zinc-nickel coated solenoid, while the K10 valve uses an AISI 316 packaged solenoid. Depending on the type, corrosion protection in salt spray tests lasts for more than 1,000 hours. Direct acting valves of nominal size M22 with 2/2-pass function, normally open or normally closed, are SDYPM22-AB_K or SDYPM22-BA_K. You can also use the 3/2 direction function code-named SDYPM22-FG_K. The valve is used in applications that require close lines, such as holding load with the 2/2 function, operating the actuator or using the 3/2 function as pilot control for the main valve.
