The slide valve is piloted by a new proportional pressure reducing valve. Therefore, the master control spool can be very precisely controlled with very low hysteresis. The cost optimization structure of the pilot control system results in a lower price for the entire valve. The valve has a large flow rate of 200 l/min and a pressure of 350 bar. A nominal flow rate of 90 l/min at a pressure drop of 10 bar can be sensitively controlled with a variable solenoid current. With high resolution, high flow and low lag, the valve is ideal for demanding applications. Pilot valves are used in situations where large flow rates must be controlled. Due to the pilot control's large flow range and high actuating stiffness, these valves are suitable for applications requiring rapid acceleration and deceleration processes, high speed and sensitive motion sequences. Application in industrial and mobile hydraulic systems for smooth control of hydraulic actuators. Valves of nominal size NG10 are available in both 4/3 and 4/2 mode, model WVPFA10. For control, different control electronics can be used, such as SD7, MD2 electronics or directly mounted DSV or PD2 electronics on the valve.
