A nominal flow rate of 90 l/min at a pressure drop of 10 bar can be sensitively controlled via a pilot valve via a variable solenoid current. With appropriate control electronics, response behavior and hysteresis can be best matched to the application. Pilot valves are used in situations where large flow rates must be controlled. Due to the large flow range of pilot control and the high stiffness of actuation, the valve is suitable for applications requiring rapid acceleration and deceleration processes, high speed and sensitive motion sequences. It is used in all fields requiring certification for explosion-proof and compact lightweight. Both 4/3 and 4/2 valves, nominal size NG10, are designated WVBFA10. For control, you can use an electronic device mounted directly on the valve.
